Outstanding hotel with clean rooms and amazing service! Here’s a detailed review of our 3 nights stay at the Miapera Hotel :
Rooms :
We were given a room at the 4th floor, the view was breathtaking, very clean and modern furniture, we stayed at the deluxe room which was quite large. The bathroom is well equipped, with additional stuff such as a sewing kit, nail file, cotton pads, q tips and of course soap bars and shampoo, conditioner and shower gel bottles.
What’s very surprising is that even though the hotel is located in the city, the rooms are very well soundproof, you do not hear any cars passing by or honking so it was a very quiet atmosphere!
Service :
The service is great! Staff are beyond helpful and friendly, from hotel front desk to baggage handling to cleaning service to breakfast service. Everything was perfect.
Location :
The hotel is located 1 min away from Taksim which is perfect! we didn’t need to order any cab during the trip because everything was very close to our location (Galataport, taksim, galata tower, ferry station, etc)
Breakfast Service :
The breakfast is served from 7:30 AM till 11 AM which is very adequate. Options served are quite generous and diverse. Charcuterie and cheese are fresh, vegetables and fruits are available. You can also decide how you’d like to have your eggs cooked (we went with omelette) which was delicious! Simit and bread baskets are also available. There are working staff throughout the breakfast service so you can ask them for a cup of coffee and how you’d like it.
overall, this was one of our best hotel experience in Istanbul and we will definitely book again in the Miapera hotel!
