Rooms

How are the rooms disinfected?

Room cleaning is carried out daily in accordance with the recommendations of the World Health Organization, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey, and the Ministry of Health, using single-use sterile wipes and mops for each room. Following general cleaning and disinfection of all areas, frequently used items (phones, TV remotes, etc.) are also disinfected. Catalogs, magazines, printed materials, and other materials that could compromise hygiene through contact, which are normally standard in our rooms, have been removed. After a guest checks out, the room is thoroughly disinfected with ULV devices, and new guests can only check in after this process is complete. Shampoo, soap, and similar toiletries provided in the rooms are in single-use packages. The cleanliness of our rooms and common areas is audited by international independent organizations.


I don't want staff entering my room. How can I prevent this?

For your comfort, our staff cleans your room daily, replenishes any missing toiletries, and restocks your minibar. If you do not wish to use one or both of these services, simply inform our Guest Relations Department staff. Items you need can be left at your door in a hygienic bag upon request.


Do the hotel rooms have minibars? Is there a charge?

Minibars are available in hotel rooms and there is a charge.


Are there irons in the hotel rooms? Is there a dedicated ironing room?

Due to safety and fire regulations, the hotel does not have an ironing room or in-room ironing service.


What type of air conditioning is available in the rooms?

Our hotel has a central air conditioning system.

Important! Cooling and heating settings are determined by the hotel according to the summer/winter season.



About the Spa, Pool and Fitness Center


What are the paid and free spa services at the hotel?

Turkish bath (+16), sauna (+16), steam room (+16), indoor swimming pool, gym (+16) are free services. All spa treatments are subject to a fee.


Is the Spa Center Open?

Our spa center is at the service of our guests.


Do massages and treatments require reservations?

To use our massage service, a reservation is required. There is an extra charge.


Is the usage intensity of the pools monitored by the facility management?

Usage intensity is monitored by our staff in the relevant areas.


Are the sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath open?

Our sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath areas are available for individual use by reservation. All areas are disinfected.  We are open from 10:00 AM  to 10:00 PM .


Is the Fitness Center Open?

Our fitness center is at our guests' service.  It is open from 10:00 AM  to 10:00 PM .

Does Fitness Center Use Require a Reservation?

Reservations are not required to use our fitness center.


How is hygiene ensured in the fitness center?

All equipment in our fitness center is disinfected.


Is the pool open?

Our swimming pool is available for our guests. The pool is open daily from 10 am to 10 pm.


Hotel General

Is it possible to cancel or change my reservation?

If your reservation made through our website was purchased as a refundable reservation, you can cancel it free of charge up to one day before your arrival date; after that, a one-night no-show fee will apply. Reservations purchased as non-refundable are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.


Is smoking allowed in the hotel? Where is it permitted?

Smoking is prohibited throughout the property, but it is permitted in the seating areas at the front of the hotel.

Is it allowed to stay with pets?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at our hotel.


What languages ​​are spoken at the hotel?

Turkish, English, and Arabic.


Is there an ATM at or near the hotel?

The hotel has an ATM, and there are many ATMs available in the vicinity of the hotel.


What is the hotel's check-out time? Can it be extended?

Check-out time is 12:00. Guests will leave the hotel after receiving their room keys.


Note: If you continue without providing information, a higher price will be applied as "illegal usage" in addition to the anticipated price.


How far is the hotel from the airport?

The hotel is 37 km from Istanbul Airport and 42.5 km from Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Travel time is not specified due to traffic conditions.


Does the hotel offer business services?

Our hotel has 3 conference rooms of different capacities and sizes. You can find more information on our official hotel website.


How can I pay for my room?

The hotel accepts Visa and Mastercard payments.


What is the standard check-in time for the hotel?

Check-in time is 2 PM. You can request early check-in when making your reservation. Requesting early entry to your room will be subject to availability but cannot be confirmed.
